Terms & Conditions New customers / first time orders must be pre-paid by credit card VISA/MC. Subsequent orders are standard terms Net 30 days based on credit approval. Catalog Pricing All product pricing is based on a (c) effective January 2012. Listed prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. Due to factors beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website for most up to date pricing and current specials/promotions. Customization If our listed products and pricing do not meet your needs, we can guide you through building your own kit to fit your price points. Contact your Account Representative for assistance and a custom quotation. Pricing on custom quotations is valid for 30 days from date issued. Artwork Requirements Electronic artwork is required. PC format, in EPS (vector format), .ai. All text should be converted to outlines. Artwork charges of $80.00 (g) per hour will apply if required. Please send your artwork to art@emergencyfirstaid.com. Imprinting & Set-up Charges A one color, one location imprint is included in listed pricing. $60.00 (g) set-up charge per color / location. No set-up charges on repeat orders if ordered within the year. Additional Color Run Charge $1.00 (a) per color / location. We match as close as possible to PMS Colors with no additional charge although we cannot guarantee an exact match. Order Policy All purchase orders must be in writing via fax or email. Please indicate on PO artwork name, color, shipping method, and in hands date if applicable. An order confirmation and paper proof of artwork will be supplied for all orders received.
Sample Policy All sample requests must be submitted via fax or email. Random imprinted samples or blank samples are available at EQP. If an order is placed within the 30 days of receiving a sample, it will be credited on the PO. Artwork Approval A paper proof will be provided by email for every imprinted order, including repeat orders. Orders will not go into production until a signed and dated proof approval is received by email or fax. Standard Production Time For imprinted orders, allow 10-14 business days from receipt of purchase order and signed imprint approval. Contact your representative for stock availability as this can affect production time. Rush Orders Rush service is available based on stock levels and production capacity. If rush service is possible, all listed prices will be quoted on a (f). Shipping Policy All shipments will be sent via best method as determined by Emergency First Aid. Shipping is pre-paid and added to invoice unless otherwise requested. FOB Factory Drop Shipments are available at no extra charge when supplied with a label. Split / multiple shipments may have an additional charge, contact your representative. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service or to substitute items of equal or greater value due to availability without prior notice. Colors may vary slightly from catalog images.
