Graphics: Camera Ready, black and white, colour separated. On floppy disc or CD-ROM.

Formats: Electronic files are acceptable in the following formats: Illustrator AI, EPS, Photoshop PSD, TIFF, JPEG 300 DPI.

Proofs: If requested, we will fax you a paper proof of your artwork before processing your order.

Set-Up Charges: 1-499 kits $60.00(e ) /500+ kits no set-up charge.

Imprint Colors: One colour imprint included with price.
